I am constipated.

Which is physically improbable, considering the 4 cups of coffee I downed this morning along with a greasy egg biscuit from Bojangles. That is a recipe for an intestinal oil change, yet I stare longingly at my pink Metamucil can.

I must be pregnant. That is the only possible explanation, no?

I am tempted to run out to Dollar Tree tonight & buy pregnancy tests, 26-degree weather be damned.

p.s. I should catch a large-mouth bass soon with all my fishing.

I give up trying to figure my body out. Part of me is thrilled that my temp has “rescued” itself again; the other part shakes it’s head at the temps so close to the cover line the majority of this cycle.

No more spotting, but my pelvis feels like it took a baseball bat to the uterus.

meh. Whatever.

I haz confuzzlement.

I have no idea. I can’t explain it. I must say that at this point, with temps hovering so close to the cover line, I do not think there is a babe in the ute…but it is too early to tell, of course. I am, however, still nauseated.

*update: I am spotting very, very teensy bits of peachy-pink. This is either very wonderful news, or very bad news.

Don't worry, I'm even annoying myself as I write this.

I was pondering being sick now at 6dpo vs barfing at 7dpo with Harpie. & I know that should feel like a good sign, but it terrifies me. It will terrify me if all my pregnancy symptoms with the next babe (whether it be now or in a few cycles) are the same as they were with Harpie.

Because, you know, Harpie didn’t turn out that great. So I’m afraid a pregnancy with the same symptoms will have the same results.

On the other hand, Harpie was pretty kick-ass for 11 weeks, so I worry about NOT having the same symptoms.

Which all leads back to me being 60% elated & 40% terrified at the idea of being pregnant. Or is it 40% elated & 60% terrified?

Go fish.

I am shameless. But you are reading this with anxiously held breath, so you are shameless as well. Let us all dance around the campfire of 2ww attention-whoring, singing “Kumbaya.”

But you should know that I am about to vom my cookies & my latte into my trashcan at 6dpo. & that at 7dpo with Harpie, I puked at the mall (and subsequently swallowed it back down).

So either a) I suffer from a stomach bug causing an elevated temp & vomit or b) I suffer from progesterone poisoning.

Time shall tell.

Me!!!!
I mean, seriously…the eff is going on here?? Nope, not sick. Didn’t imbibe an entire bottle of red wine last night. Thermometer & battery are dandy. Heating blanket was off by the time I fell asleep. Wore the same pj’s as always.

Would anyone else care to make a guess as to what is going on?? I am curious.

You know it’s bad when your chart looks like the stock market.

What happened with my temp this morning? Is it sympathizing with my 401K by taking a nosedive?

But at least their are crosshairs. By God, there are solid crosshairs & it looks like Nate & I hopped on the good foot & did the bad thing at the correct time.
