We’ve been all kinds of busy in the best way possible.
I’ve been working hard to put on make-up & bring the girly to my office, hence the sparkles & ruffles & hipster summer scarf. Fall is officially here with temps in the 70′s after a blistering hot summer, & Home Depot served as our pumpkin patch this year & we enjoyed banana oatmeal on Friday morning at work. Harrison’s fighting his first real sickness, running a fever for a few days & being all kinds of snot-filled, mostly in his nose but if we’re honest, it’s also been in his attitude. (just a tiny bit)
Which explains the beer (Sweet Josie) & coffee (Pumpkin Spice Latte).

I love the ruffled black blazer/jacket. Where did you get it?? I’m all about the ruffles these days. I feel like it gives that extra little something when I’m struggling to put myself together in the morning. Kudos to you!

jealous of the fall weather
I have 85 and hot….so much for pumpkin spice coffee…I may sweat to death. Makes me laugh when I see people trying their very best to feel fall like with boots, etc and I am walking around in shorts and a tshirt.
omg, we were laughing because it’s cooler here, but only in the 70′s. & I see teenage girls walking around in jeans & UGGs & I’m all, “Honey, your feet are going to be nasty sweaty.” It’s more jeans & tshirts weather in the morning, but I had shorts & a tank on last night when we were outside!

I am so delighted Autumn has finally arrived, mostly because I love watching my kids play in the leaves after school while sipping on a delicious Starbucks pumpkin spice latte! Yum!

SoFla involves ICED pumpkin spiced lattes and something tells me starbucks did not intend for the perfect fall treat to be on the rocks. Totally jealous of your 70* weather… considering the weather man said something about a 85* cold front for us this week. … Yay?
