Hips don't lie…

WHY DO MY HIPS HURT??

I am only 5 weeks pregnant.  But they hurt equally on each side, just the way they started hurting around 10 week with Harpie.  Like every tendon & muscle on the side of my hips that connect my butt to my pubic bone are being pulled & stretched.  I have been no more & no less active than usual.  Sleeping in the same position as always.

Nate’s theory is that my body remembers what it is like to be pregnant, so it’s simply reacting faster.
Theory or truth?  Regardless, my hips do not need to become wide enough to constitute the 8th wonder of the world before I’m even 6 weeks.

grrrrrr….

I logged onto Facebook today to find a message from Nate’s aunt…congratulating us on the baby.

What part of “We’re telling parents, but keeping it quiet until the second trimester?” did one of the in-laws NOT UNDERSTAND?!  Seriously?!  I’ve already had a miscarriage before, yet they feel it is fine to spread the “good news” before I’m even 5 weeks with this one?  I understand they are excited, but a little respect to our wishes, please.  I am peeved.  Very peeved.
Thank God I have the aunt on a “slim profile” so she can’t write on my wall & spill the news to everyone.
::sigh:: Nothing we can do about it now.  If something happens, it’s now their responsibility to “un-tell” the family.
